Stafford comes to Highgroove with an Agency background. His experience taking site designs and requirements to fully functioning, deployed web applications is right at home here at Highgroove.
He studied Management at Georgia Tech, and has worked for government agencies, startups, and advertising companies of all shapes and sizes. He has over 8 years experience with all things web (front-end, back-end, Javascript/HTML/CSS), which means he's seen some fads come and go. His expertise helps Highgroove clients figure out what works and what doesn't, and how to get the job done quick.
He's a recovering PHP developer, that switched to Rails to have more fun developing for the web and to become a part of a much richer community (of open source enthusiasts, plugin developers, and code-sharers).
Stafford races bicycles (with no brakes) at the velodrome for the Faster Mustache team. He's a self-diagnosed European style board game snob (and he's always up for a game). He completed the Atlanta Marathon in 2007, but now he bikes everywhere instead. He will also admit that he's a recovering expert IE 6/7 debugger (but don't let that get out)!
