Tasha firmly believes in the power of a good story, and has always read everything she could get her hands on. She sharpened her marketing and communications skills by earning a journalism degree and later writing and editing for websites, magazines and books. In her work with a number of nonprofits, she learned the importance of community and how to create clear, concise messages that get people to act, whether it's through web copy, press releases or tweets.

A native of Ohio, Tasha lived in Georgia as a child — and has hated cold winters ever since. Tasha enjoys making art, digging in her garden and trying out delicious beers. Usually not all at once.
